From there, we run sprint-based learning and delivery cycles tied directly to your strategic priorities. Each sprint produces measurable progress, surfaces blockers in real time and builds your team's capability to sustain the work without us.
Engagements typically run from three to six months, depending on which phases apply. Clients can engage for a complete program or targeted intervention, based on diagnostic findings.

We work with you to decide on what time commitments will deliver results, this typically happens post Strategic Pulse. As we work with your team, not for them. That means we need genuine engagement from the people closest to the problem, typically leadership sponsors and the internal leads who will eventually run this capability themselves. Sprint cycles are structured to be focused and time-efficient, but meaningful participation is what makes the work land.
The Strategic Pulse Diagnostic takes about 20-30 minutes to complete per respondent, with additional 90 minute interviews across selected responders, providing orientation and accuracy to the final report and recommendations.
